Basic professional services of the funeral and staff; removal of the deceased from the place of death to the funeral home within a 20-mile radius (if a second attendant is necessary to complete the removal, an additional charge will apply); refrigeration, cremation fee and discount, alternative container, one disposition permit, Department of Consumer Affairs fee, sales tax at 8%, electronic or manual filing of death certificate and/or permit; appropriate plan urn, placement of urn, endowment care and bronze memorialization.
