2024 Dia De Los Muertos
Request for Application to Sell Food
Please fill out the form below and submit no later than midnight on Wednesday October 16, 2024. Our Dia De Los Muertos event is held at Cherokee Memorial Park 14165 Beckman Road, Lodi Califronia on NOVEMBER 2, 2024 from 4:00 – 8:00 P.M.
All food trucks must provide a copy of your business license. A Certificate of Liability must list Cherokee Memorial as additionally insured for the day of the event.
Trucks will be chosen by Cherokee Memorial to best suit the type of event.
Only 3 locations are available for 2024.
Electricity (15 amp / truck) will be provided to the trucks by Cherokee Memorial.
Trucks are responsible to supply their own waste source. Potable water is available.
Trucks may arrive at 3:00 but no later than 4:00 p.m.
Trucks must not leave until 8:00 p.m. or until given the release from the event organizer.
Location on site will be $200.00 payable to Cherokee Memorial prior to the event.
APPLICATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED ONLINE NO LATER THAN MIDNIGHT, WEDNESDAY, OCT. 16, 2024. CHEROKEE MEMORIAL WILL NOTIFY ALL APPLICANTS OF STATUS VIA EMAIL ON FRIDAY, OCTOBER 18.
